The Brewing program at Santa Rosa Junior College offers students the opportunity to learn the science of making beer from local industry experts in Sonoma County. Through four hands-on Brewing courses taught at Santa Rosa Junior College's Shone Farm Brewing laboratory, students can hone their home brewing skills or start a new career in craft brewing. Students interested in achieving the Brewing Certificate will also take Culinary and Hospitality courses to complete the certificate requirements. This certificate can be completed in 12 months.
